About the firm
PF Nexus Global is a professional services firm in Accra, built around a pairing most firms do not attempt.
Accounting firms audit the numbers. Technology firms build the systems. Almost nobody does both, and the gap between them is expensive.
Why the two practices sit together
When an auditor finds a control weakness, the report ends there. Someone else, usually months later and usually at additional cost, is asked to fix it. By then the finding has gone stale and the fix is built by people who never saw the audit file.
We do both halves. The team that identifies the weakness can close it, and the team that builds your systems understands what an auditor will ask of them in twelve months.
Qualifications
Engagements are led by professionals qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Audit work is performed to ICAG standards and signed by an ICAG practising member. Tax work follows the Ghana Revenue Authority's framework.
The founder
PF Nexus Global was founded by Dennis Powell Frimpong, who holds a BSc in Accounting and works across both practices. The firm operates from Accra, Greater Accra Region, serving clients in Ghana and the wider West African market, and remotely beyond it.
How we work
We are a small firm, which means fewer clients and more depth on each. Engagements are governed by a written engagement letter setting scope, fee, timeline and responsibilities before work begins. You know the number before we start.
On the automation side, we do not resell a platform with your logo on it. Builds run on infrastructure we operate, around processes we have mapped in your business. That takes longer and costs more than a template subscription, and it handles your actual edge cases.
What we will tell you honestly
- If you do not need the engagement you are asking for, we will say so and tell you what you do need.
- If the real problem is your process rather than your technology, automating it will make things worse, and we will say that too.
- If something we built is not working, you should hear it from us first.
Kasa-bot
Kasa-bot is the firm's flagship product, an AI WhatsApp platform now deployed across food and beverage, insurance, healthcare, retail, real estate and events. It grew out of automation work for clients and became a product in its own right.
