AI workflow and agentic automation
Most businesses do not have a staffing problem. They have a process that requires people to retype things.
Automating a broken process does not fix it. It breaks it faster, at scale, with fewer people watching.
That is why this practice sits next to an audit practice. We map how work actually moves before we automate any of it, which is the same discipline an internal audit applies.
Workflow automation
The repetitive, rules-based work that consumes a team's week: invoicing, payment reminders, reconciliation, client onboarding, approval routing, recurring reporting and internal handoffs.
Built so they run on schedule or on trigger, with a record of what ran and what failed. Nobody has to remember.
Agentic automation
Where a workflow follows fixed rules, an agent exercises judgement within defined limits. It reads a request, decides which steps apply, uses the tools it has been given and escalates when it reaches the edge of its authority.
We are deliberately conservative about where agents are allowed to act without a human checkpoint. An agent that confidently does the wrong thing is worse than no agent, and that is especially true where money moves.
Finance process automation
The overlap with our assurance practice. Automated transaction capture, bank reconciliation, document matching and an audit trail that exists by design rather than being reconstructed at year end.
Finance systems we build are built to be auditable, because we are the people who will have to audit something like them.
Customer conversation systems
AI assistants on WhatsApp and on the web that answer enquiries, qualify leads, take orders and collect payment. This is the Kasa-bot platform, our flagship product.
Systems integration
Connecting the tools a business already runs on, accounting software, CRM, payment gateways, spreadsheets and messaging, so data moves once rather than being re-entered at every boundary.
How we build
- Process mapping first. We document the current state, including the undocumented workarounds, before proposing anything.
- Narrow launch. One process, working properly, before expanding scope.
- Self-hosted where it matters. For sensitive data we run the stack on infrastructure you control rather than a platform you rent.
- Handover. Documentation and training so your team can operate it without us on retainer forever.
The stack
Work with us
Start with a conversation.
Whether it is a statutory deadline, a tax position you are unsure of, or an operation drowning in manual work, the first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies a great deal.
